  57.                            RHYME FINDER
  58.  
  59. This program is an abbreviated version of the POEM WRITER, without the
  60. word processor, that allows a poem writer to access a rhyming dictionary
  61. by use of a hot key from a multi-tasking program (such as MicroSoft
  62. Windows or an IBM OS2) word processor.  (It is also directly available
  63. from DOS, but that is rather inconvenient.)
  64.  
  65. A separate program, RIMEINST.EXE, also accessible from the RHYME FINDER
  66. menu box, provides a brief poetry tutor, detailed program installation
  67. and operations instructions, and how to Register this SHAREWARE program.

  69. Copy all program files to a separate directory, ie/ POETRY.

  71. After starting your MicroSoft Windows or OS2 multi-tasking program, load
  72. RIMEFIND.EXE, then load your word processor and hot key to the
  73. RIMEFIND.EXE program when you need to find a rhyme.  Be sure to eXit
  74. the RIMEFIND.EXE program prior to exiting your multi-tasking program.

  111. The POEM WRITER program contains the following required files:

  113.      RIMEFIND.EXE    The main program
  114.      RIMEINST.EXE    The instruction and tutoring program
  115.      USER.ID         User identification
  116.      xx.1            15 single rhyme files, ie/ a.1, ah.1, at.1, etc.
  117.      xx.2 and xx.3   30 additional double and triple rhyme files
  118.                         (requires registration and ordering)

  120. ReadMe files, etc.,  are not required for operation of the POEM WRITER.

  122. To install copy all of the above files to the directory of your choice,
  123. ie/ C:\POETRY.  (Use of a hard disk is not required for the Unregistered
  124. Shareware version, but makes rhyme file recovery much faster.)

  126. To start the RHYME FINDER program start your Windows or IBM OS2
  127. multi-tasking program, load/start RIMEFIND.EXE, then load your
  128. multi-tasking word processor and hot key to the RHYME FINDER whenever
  129. you need to find a rhyme.

  131. A separate instruction and tutoring program, RIMEINST.EXE, may be
  132. reached either before starting the RHYME FINDER by typing RIMEINST and
  133. pressing Enter, or from within the RHYME FINDER program by selection of
  134. Instructions from the Menu box.

  137. The POEM WRITER program is a single line editor word processor, designed
  138. for use in writing rhyming poems whose length is usually substantially
  139. less than a normal page width.  It does not word wrap, but does have a
  140. number of aid to poem writing, including a variable width editing
  141. screen, a rhyming dictionary, and various tools such as a method to
  142. remember selected rhymes while further editing and a list of the metric
  143. length of the lines in the stanzas in your poem.

  145. If you would prefer to use your own word processor, and if you have an
  146. ability to "hot key" change from one program to another, (such as is
  147. available in the use of MicroSoft Windows or IBM OS2) then you may wish
  148. to order the companion program, RHYME FINDER.  This program uses the
  149. same rhyme files and search system as the POEM WRITER, but does not
  150. include a word processor and the special tools other than the dictionary.

  152. To operate it you first load the RHYME FINDER program, then you load
  153. your word processor and start writing.  When you need a rhyme you simply
  154. press the hot key(s) to switch to the RHYME FINDER, and follow the same
  155. proceedure that is used in finding rhymes in the POEM WRITER.
